Bourns CG0402MLC-05LGA — ChipGuard® MLC Series ESD Protector, 5 V, 0402, low leakage, extended temperature (–40°C to +125°C), tape and reel. Full reel of 10,000 pieces, date code 2243. Designed to meet IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD specifications, this device delivers ±8 kV contact and ±25 kV air discharge protection with just 0.5 pF capacitance, making it virtually transparent on high-speed data lines under normal operating conditions.
