Digitally controlled analog switch implementing a DP4T (dual 4-throw) solid-state switching function. Features low ON resistance, very low OFF leakage, and linearised transfer characteristics, with an analog signal range covering the full supply voltage span. A pin-for-pin replacement for the CD4052. Suitable for both single-supply and split-supply configurations.
