STMicroelectronics L4971D — 1.5A Step-Down Switching Regulator, 8–55V Input, 3.3–50V Adjustable Output, up to 300 kHz, SO16W, SMD — Tube of 344 pieces. A monolithic BCD-technology buck converter with an internal D-MOS power transistor (RDS(on) typical 0.25 Ω) delivering up to 1.5A with up to 93% efficiency. Features voltage feedforward, pulse-by-pulse current limiting, hiccup short-circuit protection, soft start, and thermal shutdown — suitable for a wide range of industrial and consumer DC-DC conversion applications.
