Weidmüller UR20-3EM-230V-AC / Lenze W510-C-MT-001 — 3-channel power measurement module, 1 or 3 phases, rated voltage up to 300 Veff AC, 16-bit resolution, PUSH IN, IP20, u-remote system, order no. 2007420000. A power measurement module for the u-remote system that measures and processes currents and voltages of single-phase or three-phase loads at rated voltages up to 300 Veff AC (phase and neutral conductor) and 520 Veff line-to-line. Active, reactive, apparent and harmonic power, energy consumption, phase angle and many further electrical parameters are calculated directly within the module at 16-bit resolution (internal 24-bit) with a measurement accuracy of 0.5% of final value for voltage and current and 1% for calculated values. The module integrates into existing automation solutions via the u-remote system and is configurable via Micro USB 2.0. Compatible with all u-remote fieldbus head stations.

• Harmonic analysis and power quality measurement — up to 31 harmonics are analysed per measurement cycle using the Blackmann-Harris Window method at a sampling rate of 3,300 samples/s, enabling detection of harmonic distortion from variable frequency drives, switching power supplies and other non-linear loads in automated production environments
• Non-invasive retrofit integration using conversion current transformers — currents above 5 A can be measured using Weidmüller plug-on or split-core current measuring transducers with converter ratios of 1 to 1000, allowing the module to be added to existing installations without cutting primary conductors or interrupting the load circuit during commissioning
• Fieldbus-integrated energy management — the 32 bytes of process data transmitted per cycle, selectable via parameters for the relevant fieldbus, allow energy consumption and power quality data to be fed directly into PLC-based energy management systems across PROFINET, EtherCAT, PROFIBUS, Modbus/TCP, EtherNet/IP and other protocols supported by u-remote head stations
• Integration into Lenze machine automation systems — as the Lenze W510-C-MT-001 system reference, the module connects power measurement capability directly into Lenze automation architectures, enabling coordinated monitoring of drive and load energy data alongside motion control and I/O functions on a shared fieldbus network
