Texas Instruments BQ2954SN — Lithium-Ion Charge Management IC with Integrated Switching PWM Controller, 16-pin narrow SOIC package, supplied as a partial tube of 17 pieces (date code 1301). Uses a flexible pulse-width modulation regulator to control both voltage and current during charging of 1–4 cell Li-Ion battery packs from a 5 V supply. Features two-phase fast-charge algorithm (constant current then constant voltage), programmable high-side or low-side current sensing, NTC thermistor-based temperature monitoring, and direct LED status outputs.
