Advanced C²MOS silicon gate technology achieving Bipolar Schottky TTL speed with CMOS low power dissipation. Two independent 4-to-1 multiplexers with shared address inputs (A, B) and individual strobe inputs. Input protection allows 0–5.5 V on inputs regardless of supply voltage, enabling 5 V to 3 V system interfacing. AEC-Q100 qualified. Supplied on a reel of 1,000 pieces.
