Littelfuse SMDJ60CA — Bidirectional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) Diode from the SMDJ Series, 60 V working voltage, 3000 W peak pulse power, in a DO-214AB (SMC J-Bend) surface mount package, supplied as a partial reel of 1777 pieces (date code 23+). Designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other surge events. Features glass passivated chip junction, IEC-61000-4-2 ESD protection to 30 kV (air and contact), and halogen-free, RoHS-compliant construction. UL recognised.
