Analog Devices / Linear Technology LTC4364CDE-2#TRPBF — Surge Stopper with Ideal Diode Controller in a 14-Lead 4mm × 3mm Plastic DFN package, supplied as a full sealed reel of 2500 pieces (date code 22/23+). Protects loads from high voltage transients by regulating the output through an external N-channel MOSFET pass device during overvoltage events such as automotive load dump. The LTC4364-2 variant automatically restarts after a fault cool-down delay. Includes an integrated ideal diode controller driving a second external MOSFET for reverse input protection and output voltage holdup. AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
