Nexperia PRTR5V0U2X,215 — Ultra-Low Capacitance Double Rail-to-Rail ESD Protection Diode, 4-Pin SOT-143B SMD Package, Reel of 1474 pcs. Designed to protect two high-speed data lines or high-frequency signal lines from ESD and other transients. Incorporates two pairs of ultra-low capacitance rail-to-rail diodes plus an additional ESD protection diode for signal line protection even when no supply voltage is present. With just 1 pF input/output-to-ground capacitance and IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 compliance (8 kV), it introduces virtually no signal degradation on USB 2.0, DVI, HDMI, and similar high-frequency interfaces.
