Omron CJ1W-CTL41-E 4-Channel High-speed Counter Unit — 100 kHz, 32-bit Counter, A/B/Z Incremental Encoder Input, Linear and Circular Mode, 32 Comparison Values, Interrupt to PLC CPU, for CJ1-series PLCs. Connects up to 4 incremental encoders or high-speed pulse-train inputs to any CJ1 PLC system. Counter data is transferred to the CPU every scan cycle as four 32-bit values. Internal comparison of counter values with up to 8 preset values (or 4 ranges) per channel enables sub-millisecond interrupt response. Counter properties can be reconfigured on-the-fly from the PLC program. Up to 24 units can be controlled by a single CJ1 CPU.
