Intersil ICL3232ECBN RS-232 Transceiver — 2 Tx / 2 Rx, +3 V to +5.5 V, 250 kbps, ±15 kV ESD Protection, 16-Lead SOIC, 93 pieces. Fully EIA/TIA-232 and V.28/V.24 compliant transceiver operating from a single supply as low as 3 V, requiring only four external 0.1 µF capacitors. Features on-chip dual charge pumps to generate ±5.5 V transmitter supplies, latch-up free design, and receiver hysteresis for improved noise immunity. Drop-in replacement for MAX3232E, HIN232E, and ICL232.
