Microchip MIC2605YML-TR PWM DC/DC Boost Switching Regulator — 4.5V to 20V input, adjustable output up to 40V, 0.5A integrated switch and Schottky diode, 1.2 MHz constant-frequency current-mode PWM control, programmable soft-start, 8-lead 2 mm × 2 mm TDFN SMD package. Supplied on tape reel of 1,500 pieces. Features internal compensation, output overvoltage and overtemperature protection, UVLO, and under 10 µA shutdown current — compatible with small ceramic capacitors for compact board designs.
