Weidmüller UR20-4AI-RTD-DIAG / Lenze W540-C-2E-012 — 4-channel RTD analogue input module, resistance temperature detector, 16-bit resolution, individual channel diagnosis, 50/60 Hz suppression, PUSH IN, IP20, u-remote system, order no. 1315700000. A 4-channel temperature input module for the u-remote system, the module detects cable breaks and over/under-range values via individual channel diagnosis. Automatic 50 Hz to 60 Hz interference suppression and an adjustable conversion time of 36 to 240 ms are included. Sensors connect via 2-wire, 3-wire or 4-wire PUSH IN terminals to support a wide range of RTD wiring configurations. The module electronics supply connected sensors from the input current path (UIN). Compatible with all u-remote fieldbus head stations.

  • Suppression of mains interference in AC-powered installations — automatic 50 Hz to 60 Hz interference suppression eliminates the dominant AC noise source from RTD signal paths, ensuring stable and accurate temperature readings even when sensor wiring runs close to power cables, frequency inverters or switchgear in industrial cabinets
  • Hazardous area and marine temperature monitoring — ATEX, IECEx, ClassNK, ABS and DNV certifications alongside reverse polarity protection make the module suitable for certified RTD temperature acquisition in offshore, marine and Ex-zone environments within mixed u-remote I/O stations compatible with PROFINET, EtherCAT, PROFIBUS, Modbus/TCP, EtherNet/IP and other supported fieldbus protocols
