MPS MP4473GL-Z High-Efficiency, Fast-Transient, 3.5A, 36V Synchronous Step-Down Converter — 4.5–36V Input, 0.8V–32.4V Adjustable Output, 200kHz–1MHz Programmable Switching Frequency, QFN-20 (3×4mm), Reel of 5000 pcs, Date Code 2121. Integrates 40mΩ high-side and 20mΩ low-side power MOSFETs with proprietary switching-loss-reduction technology. Automatically reduces switching frequency at light loads to maintain high efficiency across the full load range.
