NXP BUK7227-100B,118 — N-Channel TrenchMOS Standard Level FET, 100 V, 48 A, 167 W, DPAK (TO-252). An automotive-qualified N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET built with TrenchMOS technology, offering low on-state resistance for reduced conduction losses and a 185 °C junction temperature rating for thermally demanding environments. AEC-Q101 compliant and suitable for standard level gate drive sources. Sold as a pack of 10 pieces in original packaging.
