A low-capacitance single bidirectional high-speed protection component from the Bourns TBU-CA Series, constructed using MOSFET semiconductor technology. Provides combined overcurrent and overvoltage protection, blocking surges within approximately 1 µs of the line current exceeding the trigger threshold. Supplied on a reel of 2,000 pieces.
