Industrial fluorescent luminaire from Holophane, Controlume CTL series. Supplied complete with two 24 W T5 HO lamps and a Sylvania Quicktronic QHE 2x39-24T5HO/UNV PSN electronic ballast. Universal voltage input from 120 V to 277 V AC, high-efficiency reflector, and high-impact polycarbonate construction rated IP65 for damp and wet location use. Compatible with T5 HO lamp types. Made in USA.
